The Post Office was built in 1926 on the site of the original single storey thatched cottage.

Joseph Falls Postmaster circa 1950-1990 with a painting of the original post office.

The Falls family have held the postmaster position since the early 1950's. In 1991-2 Sam Falls, the son of Joseph took over.
